HPPSC judicial service recruitment 2019 (Himachal Pradesh public service commission):

HPPSC (Himachal Pradesh public service commission) has released a notification for the himachal Pradesh judicial service recruitment 2019. Himachal Pradesh judicial service recruitment 2019 is for   recruiting the candidates under the post of civil judge. • HPPSC has released a total of about 5 vacancies for civil judge post.

HPPSC judicial recruitment eligibility criteria :

1. Educational qualification :

• The candidates who have completed their degree in law as on before 10th july 2019 and recognized by the council of India.
• The candidates who are belonging to India can only apply.

2. Age criteria :

• The candidates whose age are between 22-35 years as on 10th july 2019 can apply for the available vacancies.
• 3 years age relaxation is given for SC candidates. Age relaxation for the other categories of communities will not be provided .

• The notification for HPPSC judicial recruitment has been released on 19th June 2019.
• Last date for filling the application form will be 10th July 2019.
• The preliminary exam for the recruitment process of HPPSC judicial recruitment will be 8th September 2019.

1. Prilimnary exam :

iii) criminal law – 200 marks.

1. iv) english composition – 150 marks.
2. v) Hindi language – 100 marks.
3. vi) personality test -150 marks.

HPPSC judicial recruitment exam syllabus 2019 :

1. Preliminary exam :

• Paper -1 (Civil Law-I) : Code of Civil Procedure. Indian Evidence Act, Indian Stamp Act, Himachal Pradesh Courts Act, 1976 and Specific Relief Act
• Paper -2 (Civil Law-II) : Indian Contract Act, Hindu Law, Indian Limitation Act, Transfer of Property Act and H.P. Urban Rent Control Act.
• Paper -3 ( Criminal Law) : Indian Penal Code, Criminal Procedure Code, Chapter-XVII (section 138 to 143) of the Negotiable Instruments Act, H.P. Excise Act-2011 as Applicable to the State of H.P., Wild Life Protection Act and Indian Forest Act.

2. Mains exam :

• Paper -1 (Civil Law-I) : Code of Civil Procedure. Indian Evidence Act, Indian Stamp Act, Himachal Pradesh Courts Act, 1976 and Specific Relief Act
• Paper -2 (Civil Law-II) : Indian Contract Act, Hindu Law, Indian Limitation Act, Transfer of Property Act and H.P. Urban Rent Control Act.
• Paper -3 ( Criminal Law) : Indian Penal Code, Criminal Procedure Code, Chapter-XVII (section 138 to 143) of the Negotiable Instruments Act, H.P. Excise Act-2011 as Applicable to the State of H.P., Wild Life Protection Act and Indian Forest Act.
• Paper -4 ( English composition ) : candidate has to choose an essay from the given three essays. Candidate has to translate the essay from Hindi to English language.
• Paper -5 ( Hindi language ) : Candidate has to translate an passage in English to Hindi language (30 marks).candidate has write an essay in Hindi (50 marks). Hindi compositions Idomes and corrections for (20 marks ).

3. Personality test :

             it is an interview for the candidates who have shortlisted in prilims and the mains exam it will be conducted for 150 maRks. Candidates have to secure 45% of the marks in personality test.

HPPSC judicial recruitment application fee :

• The application fee for he general candidates will be about Rs. 400.
• And for the SC,ST and other candidates the application fee will be about Rs. 100.

• The mode of payment of the application fee for HPPSC recruitment 2019 will be through online only.
• Candidate can pay the application fee through credit card, debit card and net banking.
• Other mode of the payment will not be accepted in any case.
