PROCESS ENGINEERING LEAD
Job Description
- Lead the engineering/maintenance of all process and packaging equipment in multiple formulation manufacturing blocks.
- Ensure compliance to Regulatory/GMP requirements all the time.
- Guide the team of engineers /Technicians to ensure timely technical resolutions in production line with agreed procedures.
- Propose and implement process /packing line optimization to improve performance, quality and compliance.
- To ensure effective coordination among site engineering/maintenance, Quality and operations to meet the deliverables on time.
- Develop preventive maintenance SOPs & PM Plans of all process equipment & ensure adherence to PM schedules, AMP & SOP training in a timely manner.
- Accountable for managing the equipment spares and consumables for all blocks. Develop and maintain technical collaboration with multiple critical process equipment vendors (Domestic and Global)
Salary: INR 12,00,000 - 20,00,000 PA.
